New Years Resolutions and other BS
New Years Resolutions and different BS NEW YEARS RESOLUTIONS AND OTHER B.S. Okay. Im simply going to let it out and put it out there. I loathe New Years Resolutions. Simply those 3 words cause me to feel like a disappointment I realize that Im going to state I will accomplish something and afterward following 2 days of exertion, quit doing it and be frantic at myself. Like abstaining from excessive food intake, or blogging, or not swearing (my bad habit). I simply realize I will fizzle. This year, Ive chose to attempt an alternate strategy. This year I will set up some SMALL ATTAINABLE GOALS. Presently, those are 3 little words I can manage. Little achievable objectives infers that I can truly do it. I can meet little objectives. Little groupings of objectives. Like, rather than I need to shed 20 pounds by January 31, I will say, I will lose a pound or two every week until I like how my pants are fitting. Doesnt that vibe better? I like it. I can deal with a pound or two every week. I can blog two or three times each week, versus my goals of consistently. That is excessively and in all honesty, feels out of reach where it counts. Along these lines, I know this now and will take an alternate course. Individuals put an excessive amount of focus on themselves this season. I will pursuit of employment consistently and secure the ideal position by Jan. 15. That is a ton of weight particularly if as of now in an occupation, and truly dont have the opportunity to look through that much. Perhaps you could state, I will give a valiant effort to put the word out at regular intervals that I am searching for a new position. I will make sure to tell my hair stylist, the individuals at the coffeehouse, the person in the lift, and will refresh my LinkedIn profile and put forth a tremendous attempt on that site and so forth. Dont you feel better as of now? As far as I can tell, little feasible objectives are the ones I truly have accomplished. Thus, plunk down and make a SMALL ATTAINABLE GOALS list and be content with yourself.
